Your cleaning enquiry

Pane and Simple Exterior Cleaning uses the contact details and property information you submit to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. Enquiries are stored in our website database. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to arrange a cleaning quote.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people use our estimate and enquiry tools. We record successful enquiry submissions, completed estimates, and clicks on telephone and email links. A phone or email click does not tell us whether you completed a call or sent a message.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number, postcode, enquiry reference or message to Analytics. Analytics may process browser and device information, page visits and an identifier stored in cookies. Google processes this information through its Analytics service; processing may take place outside the UK. Read Google’s privacy policy for more information.

Your cookie choice

Analytics is off until you select Accept analytics. Reject analytics leaves it off. You can change your decision at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the screen. Your choice is saved on this device for six months using local storage. If that storage is cleared, we will ask again.

When accepted, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and maintain session information. These can last up to two years, depending on the cookie and browser settings. Withdrawing consent stops our analytics events and removes the accessible Analytics cookies. It does not delete information already collected by Google.
